I use the S9 mostly on weekends and for short trips around town. The battery has been reliable so far, and I usually have plenty of charge left after a long ride. I haven’t tried to drain it completely, but the range works well for my needs.
I bought the S9 for commuting, errands, and some light trail riding. It feels strong enough for daily use and still fun on the weekends. The fat tires and suspension make it more comfortable than my old regular bike.
The 20x4.0 tires are one of my favorite parts of this bike. They feel planted on pavement, gravel, and some loose dirt paths. I wouldn’t call it lightweight, but the wider tires make the ride feel secure and comfortable.
I haven’t tested the full advertised range, but the battery has been more than enough for my daily rides. I usually ride with pedal assist and still have plenty of charge left after running errands around town. Charging takes a few hours, so I normally plug it in overnight.
I bought this mainly for riding on pavement, gravel paths, and some light trails. The 20x4.0 tires give it good grip, especially on loose surfaces. It’s not something I would use for extreme mountain biking, but for casual outdoor rides, it works really well.
The bike arrived in good shape and the packaging was better than I expected. Assembly took me about an hour, mostly because I wanted to double-check the brakes, handlebars, and tire pressure. The instructions were enough to get it done without much trouble.
This is my first fat tire e-bike, and the S9 has been a good introduction. It feels comfortable, has enough speed for local rides, and the battery has been reliable so far. I’m still learning the different assist levels, but overall I’m happy with the purchase.

WELL MY LAST REVIEW WAS EITHER TAKEN DOWN OR LOST. EITHER WAY HERE IT GOES. AFTER ONLY HAVING THE BIKE 1 WEEK AND RIDING 18 MILES THE BATTERY DIES AND THE PEDAL IS NOT WORKING LIKE AT ALL. I WAS GOING UP A LITTLE INCLINE AND WANTED TO HELP THE BIKE OUT WHEN THERE IS A LOUD POP AND THE PEDAL WILL GO ROUND BUT DOESN'T WORK. NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN GOING FORWARD WITH THE PEDAL. THE CHAIN DOESN'T MOVE AND THE MOTOR DOESN'T ENGAGE. CONTACTED POST JOY AND HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM TO KNOW WHAT I COULD DO TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THIS WAS ROUGHLY EARLY PART OF AUGUST.
They sent me the wrong bike, and I got taken..they refunded me $80 but the bike dropped $100..so I got nothing for all this inconvenience and still waiting. bought 2 months ago and can’t ride because the front stocks aren’t attached , I’ve went back and forth for over a month .i won’t be able to ride this til next year now. I wouldn’t recommended this brand.
the bike doesnt go fast and it rides rough...
Where do I start , oh I’d love to have given this 5 stars if the battery wasn’t a lie. Says 55 miles range and I got 16 . Breaks they send you are absolutely terrible … went through them in a week. The speed is true though 30.5mph with my weight . I was also promised a $20 refund and never received it. Customer service is low key terrible . Been waiting a week for a new battery and still no tracking number . If you can save money and buy a more reputable brand ebike
I have 2 and I’m only giving it 3 stars because both my chargers run extremely hot when I’m charging them. Do any else have this issue

I am very pleased with this bike. Im 73 and bought a mountain bike (E bike) it was very uncomfortable for me but not this bike I just love it you can't hardly get me off it lol.
I’ve had the S9 for a few weeks now, and overall I’m happy with it. The motor is strong, the ride feels comfortable, and the battery is enough for my normal routes. It’s a solid choice if you want a fat tire e-bike for everyday rides and weekend exploring.
The NFC unlock feature is pretty convenient. I didn’t buy the bike for that reason, but after using it, I like having it. The LCD display is also clear and easy to read while riding, especially for speed and battery level.
The S9 is not a small bike, and you can feel the weight when moving it by hand. Once riding, though, it feels stable and balanced. I keep mine in the garage, so the weight hasn’t been a problem for me.
The lighting system and full-covered fenders are practical features I use more than I thought I would. The headlight is bright enough for evening rides, and the fenders help a lot after rain. It feels like the bike was designed with daily riding in mind.
The dual disc brakes have been consistent so far. Since the bike can reach higher speeds, I wanted something that felt safe when slowing down. The brakes respond well on city streets and downhill sections around my neighborhood.
The extended saddle is more comfortable than I expected. I’ve done a few longer rides, and it helps reduce fatigue compared with a standard bike seat. The front suspension also helps with rough pavement and small bumps.
The S9 has more power than I expected for the price. I ride in an area with a few steady hills, and the motor helps a lot without making the bike feel hard to control. It has good pickup from a stop and feels solid once it gets moving.
Bought it for my 13 yr old son. We ride together. A really good bike with good power. Getting about 35-50 miles if he pedals. On throttle only he got about 20. Worth the price. Built like a tank
