I use the S9 mostly on weekends and for short trips around town. The battery has been reliable so far, and I usually have plenty of charge left after a long ride. I haven’t tried to drain it completely, but the range works well for my needs.
I bought the S9 for commuting, errands, and some light trail riding. It feels strong enough for daily use and still fun on the weekends. The fat tires and suspension make it more comfortable than my old regular bike.
The 20x4.0 tires are one of my favorite parts of this bike. They feel planted on pavement, gravel, and some loose dirt paths. I wouldn’t call it lightweight, but the wider tires make the ride feel secure and comfortable.
I haven’t tested the full advertised range, but the battery has been more than enough for my daily rides. I usually ride with pedal assist and still have plenty of charge left after running errands around town. Charging takes a few hours, so I normally plug it in overnight.
I bought this mainly for riding on pavement, gravel paths, and some light trails. The 20x4.0 tires give it good grip, especially on loose surfaces. It’s not something I would use for extreme mountain biking, but for casual outdoor rides, it works really well.

I am very pleased with this bike. Im 73 and bought a mountain bike (E bike) it was very uncomfortable for me but not this bike I just love it you can't hardly get me off it lol.
I’ve had the S9 for a few weeks now, and overall I’m happy with it. The motor is strong, the ride feels comfortable, and the battery is enough for my normal routes. It’s a solid choice if you want a fat tire e-bike for everyday rides and weekend exploring.
The NFC unlock feature is pretty convenient. I didn’t buy the bike for that reason, but after using it, I like having it. The LCD display is also clear and easy to read while riding, especially for speed and battery level.
The S9 is not a small bike, and you can feel the weight when moving it by hand. Once riding, though, it feels stable and balanced. I keep mine in the garage, so the weight hasn’t been a problem for me.
The lighting system and full-covered fenders are practical features I use more than I thought I would. The headlight is bright enough for evening rides, and the fenders help a lot after rain. It feels like the bike was designed with daily riding in mind.
The dual disc brakes have been consistent so far. Since the bike can reach higher speeds, I wanted something that felt safe when slowing down. The brakes respond well on city streets and downhill sections around my neighborhood.

Bought it for my 13 yr old son. We ride together. A really good bike with good power. Getting about 35-50 miles if he pedals. On throttle only he got about 20. Worth the price. Built like a tank
Instructions about using the fob to start the e-bike could have been more clear. Once I finally got that figured out, I have enjoyed operating this bike.

The S9 has good acceleration and handles small hills well. It doesn’t feel too aggressive, which I like, but there is enough power when you need it. The display is easy to read, and switching assist levels is simple while riding.
