1. Shipping Area
Shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
2. Shipping From
US Local warehouses
We provide local UPS, USPS or FedEx, or DHL shipping services. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
3. Shipping Time
- Handling Time: 1 - 2 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
- Transit Time: 2 - 5 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
- Estimated Total: 3 - 7 Business Days.

4. Shipping Changes
NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you with the tracking number.
Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed. If a change is required, the shipment may need to be intercepted and reshipped, and the resulting actual carrier fees will be borne by the customer.
Any changes you make to your shipment after the item has shipped, including but not limited to changing your address, placing an order on hold, or updating your shipping settings/preferences, may delay your receipt of the product and replacement and/or refund. If you wish to change the color or size of your e-bike, you must do so before your order is shipped.
Kindly Notes:
Shipping times can be affected by public holidays or other uncontrollable reasons. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
Shipping Damage:
Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated for free. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
Notify support@postjoyebike.com of a listed part damaged in the shipping process within 7 days of your receipt of the item.
Provide a dated picture of the damaged listed part.
Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the e-bike.
Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the shipper sign-off on the shipment.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.
