Fast shipping, front brakes rubbing after multiple adjustments. Had to completely remove caliper and brake pads to.clean pistons. This cleared up the rubbing. Rear shock is very stiff even after adjustment. Requested size of rear shock to upgrade the stiff suspension, (postjoy) didn't know the size and told me to go to a bike shop via email customer service.(Who.does that) Front suspension is very cheap. Besides that the bike is solid for a teenager. I would have given it 5 stars if I would have gotten the size of the rear suspension so I could at least upgrade it to something better.
This bike has amazing specs, but I have a lot to complain about first. They sent me a bike with a broken lights and control for the light and the horn didn’t work at all, and my front brake reservoir was completely destroyed. All the mineral oil was gone and second they sent me a bike with a free wheel and the term free wheel means that the back wheel isn’t connected to the frame properly and near that free wheel, there was a bent screw so I give this one star
We bought the GT16P as a birthday gift for our son, and it has been a big hit. It took some time to go over the controls and safety rules with him, but the bike itself feels well built. It is powerful, comfortable, and a lot of fun when used responsibly.
I bought the GT16P for weekend rides on dirt trails and back roads. The 16x3.0 tires grip well on loose surfaces, and the full suspension makes rough sections much easier to ride through. It feels more like a compact electric dirt bike than a normal bicycle.
We bought the GT16P for my teenage son, and he has been very excited about it. The bike has a lot of power, so we made sure he started slow and practiced in an open area first. Once he got comfortable with the controls, it felt stable and easy enough for him to manage with supervision.
Do not buy. I bought one in June and the electric didn’t work at all out of the box. You can’t get a person from the company to help or a phone number, only email. They will waste time for months with AI generated responses for telling you to send endless photos and videos of the defected product but will do nothing to help. Thank goodness I got my credit card company involved and showed the scam emails and was able to get payment back in October!! Stay away from this scam company!!
It was very good at the start when I bought this amazing but then one day I wake up to it not throttling not moving it just says e10 me and my father try to check the wires and control box but there's no damages what is this?
Amazing bike love it very reliable and safe, the only thing is is the tires come unaided with the rim so the rubber is very uneven making it wobble during riding so, i had to go ro a store and pay an extra $50 to fix that issue but otherwise very nice bike! Thank you postjoy!!
We bought this for our older teen, and I would definitely say it is not for small children. It has real power and some weight to it. With proper gear, supervision, and a responsible rider, though, it has been a really fun bike for riding around our property.
My son rides the GT16P when we go out for weekend rides as a family. The battery has been more than enough for the routes we take, and he likes that it feels more exciting than a regular e-bike. We still have him wear full safety gear every time.

This bike is definitely heavy, so I would not recommend it if you need to carry it upstairs. Once you’re riding, though, the weight actually makes it feel stable and planted. I keep mine in the garage, and for that setup, the weight has not been an issue.
