The bike is decent and really good at this price range. Their support team is very responsive and helpful. Got replacement part really quick.
This is my first e-bike I needed it to go to the gym,store, and family house because I have no car. I use to walk to the dollar store which took me 20 mins from my home, with this bike I can get there and back in like 6 mins! It is pretty quick I get up to 31 mph sometimes but when going uphill it slows down. I’m still testing out the range so I’m giving it a 4 star. Customer service should have a number to call instead of waiting a day for an email response. They have been helpful though

Great bike but I only had mine for a month and my back brakes pads are out and now I can’t find them on the website so where can I get them at
I picked the F30 because of the larger battery and advertised range. I usually ride on weekends for fun, and so far I have not had to worry much about charging during the day. The removable battery also makes it easier since I can bring it inside to charge.
Love it. Whenever I'm out riding, everyone I see asks me about it.
Got mine this past Saturday, after unpacking which was very impressive they make sure it arrives undamaged! After some assembly I was out the door surprised that the battery was full so I took a few test drives, smooth and fast and felt very good under me, the disc brakes are a plus so I am hoping that all stays good by the way my dirt bike riding grandson gave it his seal of approval!!!

I’ve only had a few rides so far, but the F30 has been enjoyable. The display is easy to read, the NFC unlock is a nice touch, and the bike feels comfortable on different road surfaces. I’m still testing the range, but for everyday riding, it seems like a solid choice.
I’ve been riding the F30 for a little while now and it has been a good fit for daily use. The motor has enough power for city streets and small hills, and the fat tires make the ride feel stable. It’s not a lightweight bike, but once you’re moving it feels comfortable and solid.
The brakes feel responsive and easy to control. Since the bike has decent speed, having front and rear disc brakes is important. The suspension also helps smooth out bumps, especially on older roads in my area. Overall, it feels safer and more comfortable than my previous budget e-bike.
I use the F30 mostly for commuting and errands. The speed is plenty for local roads and bike-friendly routes. The bike feels sturdy, and the payload capacity gives me confidence when carrying a backpack or small gear. It’s been a practical alternative to using the car for short trips.
The 20x4.0 tires are one of my favorite parts of this bike. They feel planted on pavement, gravel, and dirt roads. I wouldn’t call it a mountain bike, but for mixed surfaces and casual trail riding, it does a good job. The tires also make the bike feel more comfortable overall.

**Postjoy Electric Bike — Real World Review***48V 20Ah | 2500W Peak | 20" Fat Tire***The Ride**Took this thing from Mansfield out through Grand Prairie, Arlington, and into Dallas — about as honest a shakedown run as you can do in the DFW area. Dallas streets aren't forgiving. Potholes, rough pavement, uneven transitions — if a bike is going to rattle apart or ride like garbage, you'll know it fast out there.It held together. No wobble, no sketchy handling, no parts falling off. For a budget fat tire ebike that's not nothing.**Range**This is where it gets real. The box says 100 miles. I did roughly 12 miles of stop-and-go city riding on PAS 1 and came back at about 40% battery. That math doesn't get you to 100 miles — not in real world conditions. Riding mostly on second gear assist through urban terrain, half battery remaining after that distance is decent but nowhere near the advertised range. Flat highway cruising on PAS 1 with strong pedaling might push that number up significantly, but 100 miles is a best-case lab figure, not a street figure.**Performance**2500W peak sounds impressive. In practice it moved well, kept up with traffic where needed, and handled the rough stuff without drama. Hit 32MPH? Possibly on a clear stretch — didn't verify that specifically but it has the power to get there.**Suspension**Dual suspension earned its keep on Dallas streets. You felt the hits but they didn't transfer straight to your spine. Fat tires also absorb a lot on their own. Combined, the ride quality is genuinely comfortable for a bike in this price range.**Noise**It's noisy. Motor whine, maybe some chain or drivetrain rattle — nothing alarming but you notice it. Not a dealbreaker but don't expect it to be whisper quiet.**Build Quality**Feels solid enough for what it is. Nothing felt cheap or loose after a real ride through rough conditions. First impressions on fit and finish are acceptable.**NFC/Password Unlock**Powered up and functioned without issue.---**Bottom Line**If you go in expecting a true 100-mile range bike you'll be disappointed. If you go in expecting a capable, sturdy fat tire ebike that handles real streets, real weight, and real conditions without falling apart — this one delivers. It's not perfect. It's noisy and the range claims are inflated like every other ebike on the market. But for the money, it rode better than it had any right to on some of the worst pavement in Texas.**Solid 3.5 out of 5.** Buy it knowing what it actually is.
I have not tried it out yet but I'll come back and edit my review after a few days.EDIT: it’s been awhile and I completely had to replace the tires and get better ones because the originals would NOT hold up on dirt.EDIT: second time using it on road and dirt and the back tire did not survive. I don’t recommend using it on dirt roads at all.EDIT:This bike is freaking amazing! The speed it goes without pedaling is about 29mph which honestly is not bad. Where i love there's almost no sidewalks so I had to get on dirt and rough ground for awhile but it held up and the battery on level 5 only went down to half after using it for 30 mins. The tires held up the air, the light is bright, the horn is loud and the seat is comfortable enough. I really really recommend this bike to anyone starting out on electric bikes.The instructions were non existent so I had to use common sense and whatever pictures others had posted to see how to put it together. But, as a non-mechanic "smart" girl, I figured it out and it has not fallen apart.... yet. (It did not fall apart)
Great value and speed, but needs a couple of minor upgradesI've ridden this bike for a little over 20 miles so far, and it performs exactly as advertised. I saw some reviews pointing out that the speed isn’t accurate, but you just need to adjust the settings. Change mode P08 to 100, and it will unlock the full max speed of 32 mph. Assembly was also fairly easy.The only issues I have are with the seat and the brakes. The seat isn't very comfortable, and the brakes are honestly pretty bad if you are trying to slow down quickly.Other than that, you really can’t beat it for the price. Everywhere I go, people ask me about the bike and are completely shocked when I tell them how much it cost!
I have been riding the F30 for a few weeks now. I would really like to give you a great review. But unfortunately I can not. This is just my second ebike that I have owned. I thought I was really upgrading from the ebike I paid $260 for on temu with 14" wheels. But it is just slightly better. I am 5'10" 150 pounds so this bike SHOULD be perfect for me. But is not. I feel cramped because the seat sits so low. The breaks are terrible. The back breaks are almost non existent. You have to use both breaks at all times just to stop. The rear shock sweaks all the time now. The rotors for the breaks scrub and make uncomfortable noises. I would not recommend this bike for anyone. The battery charger is to small takes a long time to recharge the battery and get extremely warm during charges. I put a small fan in front of it to help keep it cool. After looking at the Postjoy line up of ebikes. I wish I could combine them to make a better more enjoyable bike.
