I saw it on Amazon, and the specs, and I really wanted it because I have an electric bike that folds up and is quite fun and this scooter might be just as fun if not more s9, however I don't think I have been able to get the scooter up to 35 mph, which is slightly faster than my electric bike, which is a MOD-Bike, which is an Austin based e bike shop and I definitely spent too much on the bike but it has held up very well and is very durable. The scooter seems durable also, but when riding, the frame you stand on or the shocks squeak constantly, but it's not excessively loud, it just sounds like it might need a little WD 40, and I lost my users manual so I had google help me go through all the settings and it's charging now and it's so fun, the lights are very bright and it's neat to ride around so effortlessly, and I think the price is fantastic. (I might have overpaid for my e bike) , I definitely recommend this electric scooter if you're looking to ride trails or around town, the tires and dual shocks will let you off road and deal with rough terrain well, within reason and as long as you're not going too fast. Breaks stop on a dime. Very happy with this e Scooter! So fun! Get ya one!

Good near the sports fields

I take the GT28 to the sports fields near our neighborhood when my kids have practice. It is handy for getting from the parking area to different fields without walking back and forth. The suspension helps on the uneven pavement around the complex, and the brakes feel responsive.

Fun around the lake on weekends

I bought this mostly for weekend rides, especially around the lake path near my house. The 11-inch tires feel stable on pavement and the occasional rough patch. I do not ride it at full speed all the time, but it is nice knowing there is extra power when needed.

I was at my cousin's house today. He left me a ride this exact scooter. When I came home I had to come and write a review on it because it's so terrible. These are all my reasons why first it feels very unstable and very low quality and it creaks very badly in the suspension is horrendous and also anytime you push it over 20 mph it feels like you're going into a death wob one. It feels like you're going to die he also told me that when he took it out of the box after the first time using his charger flap it broke and his tail light fell off out of nowhere. No warning. Overall do not buy this. I'm warning you. It is terrible if you buy this, you're wasting your money on it.

My cousin got this scooter for his birthday he let me ride it. It was terrible the second it goes over 20 mph it goes into a death wobble wanted to that. I thought it was about to die. That is also very creaky and feels not well made or high quality he was also telling me the charging port cover broke after the first use and its tail light broke to. It also has very poor acceleration. It takes one to two second to gain 1 mph and the suspension is very bad. Overall the scooter is not worth getting is very bad. Please do not buy. I'm warning you.

The scooter has never ran. I think the charger it came with doesn't work. I charged it as soon as I got it, but have never been able to get it to turn on.

Handles light off-road paths well

I ride the GT28 on paved roads and some packed dirt paths near the lake. The tires have good grip, and the dual shocks make small bumps feel less harsh. I would not call it a full off-road machine, but for light trails and rougher paths, it has been very capable.

Makes my commute easier

I use the GT28 for my weekday commute, and it has made the trip much easier than driving short distances. The scooter has strong pickup, but the controls are still easy to get used to. The lights and display are useful when I leave work later in the evening.

The GT28 scooter is exactly what my son was looking for! After a few starting issues that were addressed immediately by the support staff, my son was off! Thank you for responding so quickly. We are sold on PostJoy E scooters!

Feels sturdy for a bigger rider

I’m a bigger rider, so the weight capacity was one of the reasons I chose the GT28. It feels solid under me and does not feel weak when starting from a stop. The deck feels stable, and the dual brakes give me more confidence when slowing down.

Useful for short daily errands

I use the GT28 for quick errands like going to the corner store, coffee shop, and picking up small items nearby. The NFC unlock is convenient, and the USB port is a nice touch when my phone is low. It is powerful, so I always keep it in a comfortable speed mode for city riding.
