Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@postjoyebike.com after placing your order. If your order is canceled before shipment, you don't need to charge. If the order has been shipped, the actual shipping costs incurred will be deducted. The detailed handling fees for other products are follows:
Exchange:
Before Shipping
Free replacement for products of the same price. If you want to change to a different model, you will be responsible for the difference in price between products.
Shipped but not received
If the package has been successfully sent can not be exchanged.
Delivered(We only accept exchanges within 14 days)
Ensure the bicycle is unworn, and the electric bike's odometer mileage must be less than ten (10) miles, with no dirt, dust, or odor.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of
$150 for the bike
$30 for accessories
$80 for the battery
If you want to change to a different model, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of $150 and the difference in price between products.
Returns
After your E-bike is delivered, you can start a return process within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after 14 days. Before starting a return process, the customer needs to contact support@postjoyebike.com to get approval for the return. We will not accept returns without permission from postjoyebike.
Items Eligible for Return
To start a return, make sure the bike is unworn, and the electric bike's odometer mileage must be less than ten (10) miles, free from dirt, dust, and odor.
The shipping label will be provided by postjoyebike, please ensure the products are packed in advance, and do not ship them by yourself before receiving the shipping label. Returns should be sent to our warehouse in California, USA.

Important: The shipping label will be provided directly by postjoyebike. Please ensure your products are securely packed in advance, and do not ship them on your own before receiving our official shipping label.
Used Items
We do not accept any returns on used items. For used items with quality issues, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
Damages and issues
If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Used goods, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards, and gift orders will not be accepted, except in extreme cases of breakage/malfunction covered under our warranty.

NOTICE:
If your return or exchange request is approved by postjoyebike, you may receive a new product or a refund. The shipping label will be provided by postjoyebike, please do not ship them by yourself before receiving the shipping label.
Please send us a notification with the tracking number after returning any items. Once we receive your return, we will either replace the item with a new product or refund your money as soon as possible. If the returned items do not match the given requirements above, we will not accept the return. We will send it back to you immediately with notifications.
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-5 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund period is 7-15 business days (varies by bank).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
